The Leveraged Years, publisher
AI Regulation News is published by The Leveraged Years, an education company that trains regulated professionals to use AI well at work. AI Regulation News is its editorial product: a source backed tracker of AI laws, court rules, agency guidance, and enforcement actions that change how professionals use AI on the job.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a medical practice, or a compliance agency, and we are not a wire service trying to out database the large legal publishers. We read primary sources and translate discrete developments into workflow decisions. The line we hold is simple: if a development does not change a professional's duty, liability, or daily workflow, we do not track it.
Binding rules, translated to workflow
Our mission is narrow on purpose: we translate binding AI rules into workflow decisions for regulated professionals. We read each statute, court order, and agency action through the desk of the person who has to use AI on Monday, and we answer three questions they actually have, which is what changed, who it affects, and what to do differently.
We cover the lanes where AI rules actually bite: attorneys and citation discipline, CPAs and finance professionals, physicians and clinical documentation, HR and hiring, real estate, and executives and boards. The output is interpretation, not legal advice, and it is editorially independent of what The Leveraged Years sells.
