Turn what is in your head into something other people can use, and pay for.
You probably know more than your current business model allows you to sell. That is the quiet problem this course solves.
After twenty or thirty years of work, your real value is not just what you can do personally. It is how you think, how you diagnose problems, how you explain decisions, how you see patterns other people miss. But most of that expertise lives in your head. Claude can help you extract it — not by inventing a fake business, not by turning you into an influencer, but by translating earned experience into structured assets a serious buyer can understand.
You are not starting from zero. You are starting from decades of judgment that have never been properly packaged.
You do not need more information. You need a repeatable way to use it.
The work that quietly eats your week.
Most experienced professionals reinventing themselves are not behind because they lack intelligence. They are behind because every new tool feels like another thing to manage.
This course gives you a simpler way to use Claude, without turning yourself into a technical person.
- Too much time spent on routine work
- Too many messy inputs, never the same twice
- Too much rewriting, organizing, and explaining
- Too little time left for the work that actually matters
- No clear way to use AI without feeling overwhelmed
What the next ninety days can actually look like.
Most weeks now
- You write the same kind of email three different ways
- You rewrite junior drafts past midnight
- You explain the same ideas to clients in slightly worse versions
- You experiment with AI tools and never go back to them
- You finish the week behind on the work that matters
Most weeks after this.
- Turn private expertise into a structured outline
- Draft your first sellable asset, a guide, framework, or service
- Build a simple, repeatable way to produce more
- Have a clearer answer when someone asks what you sell
This course is for you if any of these sound like your week.
You want to monetize what you know without rebuilding from scratch
You want one cleaner offer, not five scattered side projects
If you want shortcuts that remove human review, this is not it.
Every workflow assumes a professional review layer. Judgment stays with you.
By the end of this course, you can.
Turn private expertise into a structured outline
Draft your first sellable asset, a guide, framework, or service
Build a simple, repeatable way to produce more
Have a clearer answer when someone asks what you sell
Everything you leave with , and keep.
No locked-out modules. No "platform access expires." Once you finish, you keep the binder, the vault, and the manual. The Club access continues while you stay enrolled.
The SOP Binder
A practical operating manual for how you use Claude safely and consistently, yours to keep, edit, and copy across your work.

Your operating manual.
Not a workbook. A real binder you fill in, keep on your shelf, and update once a quarter. Print it. Tape it to the wall.

The honest comparison across all four tiers.
Every tier ladders up. You can always start lower and step up. You cannot start at IV and step down, at that level the install is in your firm, not on your desk.
A four-week, four-step rhythm.
You can finish faster. Most members do not. The cadence is built so you actually use the work, not just consume it.

Private Implementation
For boutique advisory firms, professional service firms, and senior teams that want a shared standard for AI inside real client work.
Executive kickoff, workflow audit, Never Upload Index, custom prompt vaults, the 15-Minute Senior Review Protocol, training, and a written operating manual handed to your team.
Final fee depends on firm size, workflow complexity, number of teams, and timeline. Request a scope-review call and we will send a real number within a week.

Module 02 · Your Voice Bible
Teach Claude how you sound so drafts come back already half in your voice.
Module 05 · The Authority Content Workflow
A repeatable pattern for turning a 15-minute thought into a publishable piece.
Module 09 · The Follow-Up Sequence Assistant
A short, structured assistant for the follow-ups that actually win the work.
Here are three pieces I've written over the years (pasted below). Read them carefully and build a Voice Bible: my sentence rhythm, the cadence of my paragraphs, the words I use, the words I never use, my level of formality, and the way I open and close. Save it so we can use it as the standard for every future draft.
- 01. Have client identifiers and proprietary detail been removed?
- 02. Does this sound like you read out loud — or like an AI in your jacket?
- 03. Have you fact-checked every claim, statistic, and anecdote in the draft?
- 04. Have you removed anything Claude embellished or invented?
- 05. Would you put your name on it today, in front of a client?
Tuesday, 9am: twenty-five years of expertise and no time to write any of it down. By 9:22am, you have a draft article, a follow-up email, and a proposal outline — in your voice — for your review.
What changes on a normal Tuesday.
Same expertise, same audience, same standard. The difference is the first hour.
The way the week looks now
- Twenty-five years of expertise and no time to write any of it down
- A proposal you keep meaning to start
- A follow-up sequence that never went out
- A LinkedIn post you drafted in your head on the train
The way it can look instead.
- A draft article, a follow-up email, and a proposal outline — in your voice — for your review
- A proposal scaffold ready before you sit down to write — for your review
- A four-touch follow-up sequence drafted in your voice — for your review
- The LinkedIn post drafted before the train arrives — for your review
Three modes. Used differently.
There isn't one way to use Claude — there are three. The course teaches when to use each, and when not to.
Claude Chat
Thinking, drafting, summarizing, and improving day-to-day work.
Example: drafting an article from a 15-minute walk where the idea finally clicked.
Claude Cowork
Ongoing work that benefits from context, continuity, and repeated collaboration.
Example: your client folder, your Voice Bible, your standing proposal patterns — kept consistent across months.
Claude Code
Structured projects: complex file structures, organizing large sets of documents, and simple private internal dashboards.
Example: organizing twenty years of writing, proposals, and decks into one searchable archive of your own voice.
The Leverage Years teaches when to use each, and when not to.
Plan requirements: Claude Chat runs on any Claude plan. Cowork and Code require a paid Claude subscription (Pro / Max / Team / Enterprise) and the Claude Desktop app on macOS or Windows. They're not available on the free plan, on web, or on mobile.
Claude shouldn't replace your judgment. It should remove the first-pass burden so your judgment has more room to matter.
The Never Upload List is enforced from the first lesson. Client identifiers and proprietary detail stay off Claude.
You decide, every time. Claude drafts, organizes, and pressure-tests. The voice is yours and stays yours.
Every workflow ends at a senior review gate — the in-your-voice checklist before anything is published or sent.
A policy template is included so you can be explicit, with yourself and your clients, about what you draft and what you edit.
There's no shortcut around it. Speed never substitutes for the credibility you built one piece at a time.
The sanitization rules give you a plain-English Red / Yellow / Green model — what to remove, what to mask, what's safe.
Human review is required before anything is published or sent. That's the rule from day one — and the rule on day three hundred.
Common questions.
- Do I need any AI experience?
- No prior AI experience required. This assumes deep professional expertise and your first real working session with Claude.
- How long does it take?
- Get your first win in week one. The full library—11 modules—is yours for life.
- Is this practical or theoretical?
- Practical. Every lesson ends with a copy-paste prompt, a real example, and a checklist. No "future of work" talks.
- Will this work for my profession?
- Yes. Experienced professionals reinventing themselves are the audience this was built around. The workflows match the actual deliverables you produce most weeks.
- What if I get stuck?
- Every course buyer gets The Leverage Club included, there is one room inside for asking working questions, plus a written Vault. You will not be alone in a forum with strangers.
- Is it safe to use at work?
- The course includes a clear policy template, the Never Upload List, sanitization rules, and the 15-Minute Senior Review Protocol. You leave with rules you can defend in an internal meeting.
- How is this different from other AI courses?
- Most AI courses teach you to experiment. This course teaches you to apply. You will not finish with 200 prompts you forget. You will finish with one operating system you actually run.
- Can my firm buy several seats?
- Yes. For 5+ seats we offer firm pricing. For a true company-wide implementation, see the Enterprise tier ($35k+, scope-priced).
