Get your time back without risking your license.

The AI operating system for fiduciary wealth advisors. Wealth advisors live or die by trust โ€” not just performance, not just planning. Trust. That trust is built in the small moments: the recap after a meeting, the follow-up after a market move, the planning explanation, the note that makes a client feel understood instead of processed. Those moments take time. And they are exactly where Claude can help, if you use it carefully.

Built for ยท RIAs, IARs, CFPs, family-office leaders

This is not a course about replacing advisor judgment. It is about supporting the work around it. Claude can help organize meeting notes, draft client recaps, summarize planning conversations, prepare follow-up language, turn technical concepts into plain English, and keep a consistent communication rhythm across the relationships that matter. Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 is handled head-on.

The advisor remains responsible for the relationship, the recommendation, the compliance review, and the final message. The tool drafts. You decide.

Listen: 5-minute overview of The Leveraged Wealth Advisor

A calm walk through all 14 modules โ€” who the course is for, what workflows you build, and what you leave with.

Read the transcript

This is a five-minute overview of The Leveraged Wealth Advisor, a self-paced course from The Leverage Years. If you are a wealth advisor who wants to use Claude practically โ€” without violating client confidentiality, fiduciary duty, or Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 โ€” this is what the course covers and what you leave with.

Who This Course Is For

The course is built for practicing wealth advisors operating under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 fiduciary framework. That includes registered investment advisor representatives, CFP professionals at RIAs, CFA professionals at wealth advisory firms, private wealth associates, financial planners at independent and hybrid RIA firms, family office advisors, and wirehouse advisors working on advisory accounts.

If you are already serving clients and want AI to help with the real, repeated, structured work of wealth advisory โ€” not to replace your judgment, but to reduce the friction around the administrative and preparatory side of the job โ€” this course is designed for that.

What Problem It Solves

Most wealth advisors who have tried Claude or other AI tools describe the same experience: scattered experimentation, no clear protocol, anxiety about client confidentiality, and uncertainty about how any of it interacts with the Marketing Rule or fiduciary obligations. The course treats that uncertainty as a real professional problem, not a technicality to dismiss.

The central thesis is simple. Claude can help with client meeting preparation, follow-up drafting, planning discussion outlines, client education materials, research source organization, CRM note cleanup, and COI coordination โ€” if used with the right data-handling discipline and verification habits. The advisor owns the recommendation, the fiduciary conclusion, the compliance determination, and the client relationship. Claude handles structured preparation and drafting support.

What the Course Contains: 14 Modules, 84 Lessons

The course opens with Module 0, which covers six canonical practice paths โ€” Client Meeting Prep, Research and Source Organization, Drafting Support, Adversarial Testing, Intake and Triage, and Full System Build โ€” and includes a 7-Day Implementation Map so you begin with a real task on your desk, not a hypothetical one.

Module 1 teaches you to build your WEALTH_ADVISOR_CONTEXT.md โ€” a professional context file that loads into Claude at the start of every session so you are not re-explaining your firm type, regulatory framework, and audience every time you open a new conversation.

Module 2 covers confidentiality, data sanitization, and Marketing Rule compliance as operating procedure. You learn the Never Upload Index โ€” the specific categories of client data that never enter Claude โ€” and how to tokenize client information so you can work with meeting notes without transferring names, account numbers, or KYC-restricted data.

Module 3 teaches the Client Meeting Prep Workflow: you sanitize your pre-meeting notes, load your context file, paste the structured prompt, and receive a nine-section meeting prep brief โ€” client context, meeting objective, prior open items, life events, planning topics, documents to have ready, questions to ask, items requiring specialist coordination, and follow-up priorities.

Module 4 covers research and source organization: market update source packs from public data, client education source curation, planning topic research, and COI source coordination. Every workflow includes a Source Pack Verification Ledger.

Module 5 handles drafting and synthesis: client follow-up drafting, client education piece drafting, planning discussion outlines for retirement, liquidity events, estate coordination, concentrated stock, charitable, and residence transitions โ€” and a pre-delivery quality control sequence before anything goes to compliance review.

Module 6 is where the course becomes genuinely distinctive for regulated professionals. It teaches adversarial testing โ€” how to code a skeptical compliance reviewer persona inside Claude and red-team your own client-facing language for Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 violations before the draft reaches your actual compliance team. You build a Claim and Source Support Map and a Wealth Advisory Vulnerability Map SOP.

Module 7 covers intake and triage: client onboarding triage, CRM note cleanup, lifecycle event recognition โ€” retirement, liquidity events, business sales, divorce, inheritance, RSU vesting โ€” and document request workflows.

Module 8 is verification and fiduciary discipline: hallucination screening for market, planning, and financial claims; the Wealth Advisor Liability Firewall; Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 compliance discipline; a 10-Point Supervision Checklist; Books and Records (Rule 204-2) compliant documentation; and a practical answer to the question every senior advisor eventually asks โ€” how do you bill for AI-assisted time?

Module 9 is the Prompt Vault: you build a registry of 40-plus calibrated prompts for your practice, with version control and a Prompt Failure Log so you document what works and what does not.

Module 10 is the capstone: you assemble a 17-section SOP Binder โ€” the complete documented workflow system for your practice โ€” run a Final Clean Room Test, and build a 90-Day Calibration Plan.

What You Leave With

You leave with a documented AI workflow system for your practice: a professional context file, a personal prompt vault of 40-plus prompts, a 17-section SOP Binder, an adversarial compliance testing discipline, and a 90-Day Calibration Plan. These are not templates you fill in once and discard. They are operating documents calibrated to your firm type, your regulatory framework, and your client base.

A Note on What This Course Is Not

This course does not teach investment recommendations, financial planning methodology, securities law, or compliance program design at the firm level. It does not replace fiduciary judgment or compliance review. Firm-wide compliance program deployment belongs to a separate institutional product. This course is for the individual advisor.

Who It Is For, Plainly

If you are a practicing wealth advisor operating under fiduciary obligation who wants a practical, compliance-disciplined system for using Claude on the real, repeated work of your practice โ€” meeting prep, follow-up, planning outlines, client education, research organization, CRM hygiene, and COI coordination โ€” this course was built for you.

Founding access is $395 while the production content set is expanding. The price moves to $795 when production maturity criteria are met. No countdown clocks. No artificial scarcity.

Built to align with
SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 ยท Reg BI ยท Fiduciary review standards.
This is not investment advice. It is a client-communication and workflow course built with a strict compliance review layer.
00What about Marketing Rule 206(4)-1?

The first two modules are the Clean Room.

Before any client-facing workflow, this course installs a strict, non-PII working environment: what never goes into Claude, what gets sanitized, how to structure a session, and how every client-facing piece gets a compliance read before it leaves your desk.

If it saves you one focused hour of recap writing this week, it has paid for itself. It is designed to save you ten hours a week.

  • Never-upload list (client PII, account data, planning files)
  • The PII sanitization decision tree
  • The Pre-Session Compliance Checklist
  • The Compliance Anchor — one-page rule for advisor communication
  • A written operating standard your firm can defend
01The problem

You do not need more information. You need a repeatable way to use it.

The work that quietly eats your week.

Most wealth advisors, planners, and family-office staff are not behind because they lack intelligence. They are behind because every new tool feels like another thing to manage.

This course gives you a simpler way to use Claude, without turning yourself into a technical person.

  • Too much time spent on routine work
  • Too many messy inputs, never the same twice
  • Too much rewriting, organizing, and explaining
  • Too little time left for the work that actually matters
  • No clear way to use AI without feeling overwhelmed
02The promise

What the next ninety days can actually look like.

Before this course

Most weeks now

  • You write the same kind of email three different ways
  • You rewrite junior drafts past midnight
  • You explain the same ideas to clients in slightly worse versions
  • You experiment with AI tools and never go back to them
  • You finish the week behind on the work that matters
After this course

Most weeks after this.

  • Draft cleaner client recaps and planning summaries
  • Speed up follow-up communication without losing warmth
  • Organize planning conversations and next steps in one place
  • Communicate sensitive topics in a way that feels human
03Who this is for

This course is for you if any of these sound like your week.

01

You advise individuals, families, or institutions on wealth

02

You write recaps and follow-ups for high-attention clients

+ what it is not

If you want shortcuts that remove human review, this is not it.

Every workflow assumes a professional review layer. Judgment stays with you.

Draft cleaner client recaps and planning summaries

02.

Speed up follow-up communication without losing warmth

Module 09 ยท The 15-Minute Compliance Review

A short, defensible review layer between Claude and any client-facing communication.

Sample prompt ยท client meeting recap

Here are my notes from a 45-minute client meeting (PII redacted). Reorganize into: decisions made, open items, what the client owes me, what I owe them, and three follow-ups for my next call. Do not write performance language or claims. Flag anything that sounds like a promise.

Sample checklist ยท compliance-safe review
  1. 01. Are names, account numbers, holdings, and identifiers removed?
  2. 02. Are there any performance claims, projections, or testimonials in the draft?
  3. 03. Are placeholders used for any numbers not yet verified against the source?
  4. 04. Does it remain consistent with the client's documented profile and IPS?
  5. 05. Would you sign your name to it under Marketing Rule 206(4)-1, today?
Practical use ยท one Tuesday

Tuesday, 9am: messy notes from a 90-minute client meeting and a 4pm review with the principal. By 9:14am, you have a client-ready recap with decisions, open items, and next steps โ€” for your review.

11Before / After

What changes on a normal Tuesday.

Same client, same plan, same standard. The difference is the first hour.

Before

The way the week moves now

  • Messy notes from a client meeting
  • A follow-up email you've rewritten three times
  • A quarterly letter you keep meaning to start
  • A junior's draft waiting for your red pen tonight
After

The way it can move instead.

  • A client-ready recap with decisions, open items, and next steps โ€” for your review
  • A follow-up draft with the right language and the right tone โ€” for your review
  • A quarterly letter scaffolded in your voice โ€” for your review
  • A junior's draft pressure-tested for compliance before you read it โ€” for your review
12How Claude fits into your work

Three modes. Used differently.

There isn't one way to use Claude โ€” there are three. The course teaches when to use each, and when not to.

Mode ยท 01

Claude Chat

Thinking, drafting, summarizing, and improving day-to-day work.

Example: drafting a client follow-up email with the right tone and no performance language.

Mode ยท 02

Claude Cowork

Ongoing work that benefits from context, continuity, and repeated collaboration.

Example: your client folder, your firm's tone guide, your IPS language โ€” kept consistent across quarters.

Mode ยท 03

Claude Code

Structured projects: complex file structures, organizing large sets of documents, and simple private internal dashboards.

Example: organizing a client folder of statements, notes, and historical correspondence into one clean, searchable archive.

The Leverage Years teaches when to use each, and when not to.

Plan requirements: Claude Chat runs on any Claude plan. Cowork and Code require a paid Claude subscription (Pro / Max / Team / Enterprise) and the Claude Desktop app on macOS or Windows. They're not available on the free plan, on web, or on mobile.

13Professional boundaries

Claude shouldn't replace your judgment. It should remove the first-pass burden so your judgment has more room to matter.

Confidentiality

The Never Upload List is enforced from the first lesson. Client names, account numbers, holdings, and IPS detail stay off Claude.

Professional judgment

You decide, every time. Claude drafts, organizes, and pressure-tests. The fiduciary duty is yours and stays yours.

Review obligations

Every workflow ends at a senior review gate โ€” the 15-minute compliance checklist before anything leaves your desk.

Firm policy

A policy template is included so you can hand a written standard to your CCO or your firm's compliance lead.

Client trust

There's no shortcut around it. Speed never substitutes for the fiduciary relationship a client buys when they hire you.

Sensitive information

The sanitization rules give you a plain-English Red / Yellow / Green model โ€” what to remove, what to mask, what's safe.

Regulatory alignment

Built with Marketing Rule 206(4)-1 awareness and fiduciary boundary discipline. The course includes language patterns that keep drafts inside compliance-safe ranges.

Human review is required before anything leaves your desk. That's the rule from day one โ€” and the rule on day three hundred.
