Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and The Leveraged Years when you use our website, courses, or membership.

1. Who we are and what this covers

The Leveraged Years operates the website at www.theleveragedyears.com and provides online educational programs and a membership community for experienced professionals who want to use AI tools, including Claude, in their everyday work. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "the Company" mean The Leveraged Years, and "you" means the person using the site or buying a product. By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing a course or membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the site or buy a product. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. The products

We sell digital, self paced online courses and The Leverage Club, a monthly membership. Courses are delivered electronically through our learning platform. The Leverage Club is included free for as long as you remain enrolled in any course, and is also available on its own for $49 per month. Prices are shown on the site in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time, though a change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

4. Your account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Access to a course is granted to you for your own personal, professional use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your access or the course materials, and you may not use the materials to build a competing product.

5. License to use the materials

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to view and use the materials for your own work. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property rights in the courses, videos, templates, prompts, written materials, and the site itself. You may use the templates and prompts in your own professional work. You may not republish, redistribute, or sell them as your own.

6. Payment, billing, and the Club subscription

Payments are processed by our platform provider, Kajabi, and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details. By providing a payment method you authorize the charges shown at checkout. The Leverage Club is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month at the then current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Educational purpose, not professional advice

Our programs teach you how to use AI tools to support your existing professional work. They do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for your own professional judgment or for advice from a qualified professional. AI tools can produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output before you rely on it or share it with a client. Nothing here certifies you in any field or grants any professional credential or continuing education credit unless expressly stated.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the materials. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access, not interfering with the service, not scraping or copying at scale, and not using the materials in any unlawful way or to mislead others. You are responsible for following the rules and confidentiality obligations of your own profession and clients when you use any tool or technique you learn from us.

9. Third party services

The site relies on third party services, including Kajabi for hosting and payments and AI providers such as Anthropic for the Claude tool referenced in our courses. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third party tools.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular result will be achieved. See also our Earnings Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or the materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including any professional or client obligation that applies to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms the Company or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including license limits, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
