Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for our courses and for The Leverage Club membership.
1. Our approach
We want you to feel that a program was worth your time and money. Because our products are digital and you get immediate access to the full materials, the terms below explain when a refund is available.
2. Courses: 14 day review
If a course is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To keep it simple and fair, refund requests are reviewed honestly and are not conditioned on how much of the course you watched. After 14 days, course purchases are generally non refundable because you keep permanent access to the materials.
3. The Leverage Club membership
The Leverage Club is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges. We do not refund the current month once it has started, but you keep access for the rest of the month you have paid for. When the Club is included free with a course, there is nothing to refund for the Club itself.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@theleveragedyears.com from the address you used to buy, tell us the product and the date of purchase, and we will take care of it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It can take several business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
5. Higher tier and firm programs
Some higher tier, cohort, or firm level programs include scheduled sessions, live support, or implementation work. For those, specific terms are stated at the point of sale and take priority over the standard 14 day review described above.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account access being paused while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
